By using MNESIQ, the AmnesiaIQ relay service, or any associated tools, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
MNESIQ is a personal AI gateway that runs on your hardware. The AmnesiaIQ relay at api.amnesiaiq.ai routes encrypted traffic between external AI services and your local MNESIQ instance. The relay does not store, inspect, or process your data.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. You must not share your account with others or allow unauthorized access to your MNESIQ instance.
You own all data stored on your machine through MNESIQ. We do not claim any rights to your memories, files, or personal information. The relay processes only encrypted tunnel traffic and account metadata as described in our Privacy Policy.

We strive to maintain reliable relay service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The relay may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or due to circumstances beyond our control. Your local MNESIQ instance continues to function without the relay for local AI interactions.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your relay tunnel is disconnected but all data on your machine remains yours.
MNESIQ and the AmnesiaIQ relay are provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for data loss on your machine, interruptions to the relay service, or any damages arising from use of the service. Since your data is stored locally and we cannot access it, we cannot be responsible for its integrity or availability.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be communicated through the MNESIQ application.
